Description

This stone house is located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature. It is located in the surroundings of Rábade and Outeiro de Rei, in the province of Lugo, about 20 km from the capital. We can say that this stone house is located in the best of the Tierra Llana, Terra Chá in Galicia. A part of Galicia of endless meadows and extensive forests, crossed by trout rivers of all sizes.

The house

It is built entirely of stone with a slate roof. It should be noted that the upper floor is in need of total renovation. Not so on the ground floor, which is perfectly habitable. It has a built area of 200 m2 on each of its two floors. Plus an attic, which makes a total of more than 400 m2 built. In addition, in the house there is a stable that needs total reform and is habitable. But this allows to have a space that can be converted into whatever you wish.

Distribution

This stone house has three bedrooms, one on the ground floor, perfectly usable. The other two on the upper floor, which need some renovation.
