The views from this area, like every corner of the rural house in Arbo, are incomparable. Additionally, there is a small vegetable garden for internal consumption. Several warehouses, blending harmoniously with the rest of the property, are used to store pool and garden equipment, as well as unused furniture.

The mouth of the Miño River, A Guarda, and Baiona are an hour away. The Monte Santa Tecla with its archaeological site and castreñas constructions are also an hour away. Serra de Peneda-Xeres (Portugal) is an hour away, and the Domaio golf course is 45 minutes away. Various locations in northern Portugal (Melgaço, Monçao, Valença do Miño, Viana do Castelo, Ponte de Lima, etc.) are within a half-hour drive.
