Currently, it serves as the owner's residence, but it could be transformed into an exclusive apartment for guests who desire complete privacy. It is also comfortable and offers the same amenities as the main house, including heating and all services.
Another unique feature of the property is the magnificent stone hórreo (typical Galician granary), exceptionally well-preserved and of unusual dimensions. It is located in the parking area, right next to the pool.
The splendid and sunny pool, measuring 12x6m, is surrounded by lawns and hedges for comfort and privacy. The ample stone cellar offers a delightful opportunity to taste the best wines from the privileged wine region of D.O. Rías Baixas and the neighboring areas of Portugal. There is also a private dining area located outside the main building, combining stone and wood and featuring a long table with benches, following the traditional Galician style. Here, guests can enjoy cooking grilled meats and fish, with a refrigerator for easy access to food and a pantry.
