The spot is idyllic and it is worth noting that the property does not have any nearby neighbors. The mill is alone but not isolated and yet very close. Three hundred meters away, they have neighbors. And at five hundred, the chapel and the village of Santa Maria.
The house / mill has been restored respecting the old construction: the stone, the wood and, mainly, respecting the Catasol river which is a unique source of life. The property consists of a mill house of 147 m2. It is built on two floors. The ground floor, has a hall, living room with fireplace and sofa bed. The kitchen, bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with a double bed. There is a derivation of the river that flows under the section of the house where the wheel of the mill is located which is currently the mentioned living room. The upper floor has a double bedroom with two beds and another bathroom with shower. It has electric heating. And it is sold furnished.
This mill has a plot of land divided in two parts (a path goes through in the middle) of 724 m2, approximately 300 m2 are next to the house and the rest in front. Getting up in the morning, opening the windows overlooking the river, listening to the birds singing and having breakfast there, with the noise of the water... is one of the advantages of this unforgettable house.
