In San Fiz de Asma, 6 km from Chantada, is this large stone house to be restored. It is located in the heart of the Ribeira Sacra, declared a Biosphere Reserve. The Ribeira Sacra is one of the most unique places in Galicia.
The Ribeira Sacra is one of the most unique places in Galicia and one of the greatest hidden treasures of the Iberian Peninsula, where nature is generous and always green: trees, water and fertile land.
The house has 155 square metres per floor and although it is structurally well preserved, it is in need of an interior renovation. Its interior layout is very simple with a kitchen, a bathroom and four bedrooms, but a much better use of the building could be achieved with a renovation as the ground floor of the house is filled with several old stables.
The entrance to the house is through a lovely courtyard where we find a wood oven and access to the back of the house where we have the vegetable garden and a large plot of land, this also has an outside entrance through the church field.
We also have a garage and stables both with access both from the land and from the outside.
In the upper part of the house we also have a large terrace from where we can see the bell tower of the church and the whole orchard. It has well, electricity and very good mobile phone and internet coverage.
The property has a newly laid roof and all the floors are made of concrete.
The two farms together 3874 m2 produce apples, cherries, peaches, lettuce and cabbages.
