Until now the property has been working as a rural house, offering accommodation. Currently, it is in operation as a bar providing meals.
It has no land, but it does have a large terrace with a completely renovated granary.
The property has central heating with heat pump that feeds the radiators. It has a thermos flask with a capacity of 2m cubic metres to maintain the heat, it is supported by electricity and has a minuscule consumption.
A few metres away we have the river Ulla. The building consists of a perfectly restored village house built in stone, wood and tiles. There is a small terrace with tables, a barbecue and a stone and wood granary. All completely restored.
On the upper part of the house and separated only by a track, there is the party field built in a forest of Carballos.
On the lower part of the house is the entrance to the bar, with a large bar and five tables, but with the possibility of comfortably placing two more tables. On this same ground floor we have the toilets, one of them adapted for disabled people. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridges, cooker, iron, meat counter, etc.
From the kitchen we can enter the maintenance room. The house has a 1500 litre tank with a pump for the showers in the rooms. On the side of the bar is the courtyard of the house, where there is a terrace with tables and parking for 4-5 vehicles.
Also from this courtyard there is an entrance to the property, which leads to a large living room, which serves as a distributor for the three bedrooms. These three bedrooms have two beds and a bathroom with shower. In one of the bedrooms there is a small relaxation area with sofa and television.
