Description

Property located between Sarria and Paradela, approximately 10 minutes from both and very close to the French Path of Santiago. Strategically located at a high altitude, where the sun shines from early morning until sunset. 

The property consists of two large plots completely enclosed, separated by the road. The plot which has no property is a meadow and has numerous large oak trees. The other plot, where the house is located, has a granary, an orchard and a large meadow.

The property consists of two houses joined together. One of them is ready to move into, although it needs a small renovation, and the other one is still in need of repair. Inside, they are also joined by an access to both of them.

On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms. One of them with a small bathroom and a further toilet. From this floor we can also go to the old house, where a new distribution of the spaces should also be done to make the most of its potential.

Although it needs an investment for restoration, it is a property with many possibilities given that the area is beautiful and the French Path of Santiago passes through it.
