This property once belonged to the Principality of Asturias and is now privately owned. We wanted to show an example of each of the typical properties of the area, set in a perfect environment to define the strength of Asturian nature. This is how we have 6 properties that are all sold together.
The complex, carefully restored, consists of a seasonal hotel with 13 exclusive rooms, a restaurant and 5 rural houses with different capacities, from 2 to 14 beds, to suit the needs of families and groups. It has potential for multiple possibilities, from enjoying the architectural richness, gastronomy and popular traditions, to enjoying endless activities such as hiking along the paths of Picos de Europa, horse riding or cycling routes, canoeing, rafting, canyoning, climbing, caving, fishing... and of course, enjoying a day at the beach.

HOTEL
It is a clear example of environmentally friendly architecture. All the rooms have beautiful views of the river or the forest; 9 of them are on the first floor and the other 4 are on the ground floor.
The hotel has a bar, restaurant, two outdoor terraces, lounge, games room with billiards, table football and reading books, and a cosy conservatory for evening meals. The rooms have flat screen TV, fitted wardrobes, full bathroom, and some of them have a dressing room or an extra bed for children. In total, it has a maximum capacity for 29 people.
The restaurant has 3 possible rooms. The restaurant licence provides for 40 seats. The licence is from before the glazing of the outside terrace, which can comfortably seat 20 more people.
THE HOUSES

With a surface area of 160m2 and a maximum capacity for 10 adults and 4 children, this is a village house, ideal for groups or families. It is distributed over 3 floors: the ground floor consists of a living room, dining room and kitchen.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, each of them with its own bathroom.
The second floor repeats the same scheme as the first floor. Perfect for 8 people, although its maximum capacity is 14 people.
With a surface area of 80m2 and a maximum capacity of 3 adults. Distributed over 2 floors: the ground floor consists of a living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen.
The first floor has a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed for one more person and a bathroom.
This is a single-storey tourist flat, with a total surface area of 60m2 and a maximum capacity of 4 adults and 1 child. It consists of a living room with a closed fireplace, dining room and kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds.
It has a total surface area of 55m2 and a maximum capacity of 4 adults. It is also a one-storey tourist flat, consisting of a living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen, a bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed and another with two beds.
With a floor area of 120m2 and a maximum capacity of 7 adults, this is a 3-storey village house, the highest tourist qualification granted by the Principality of Asturias. It is distributed over 3 floors: the ground floor consists of a living room, dining room and kitchen.
The 1st floor has a large bedroom with 2 single beds, a double bed, a bathroom with shower and an outside corridor. The 2nd floor consists of an attic bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom with bathtub.
