Description

The property consists of land of approximately 45,000 square meters, fairly flat but with a slight slope, and in the middle of the estate, there is a old Galician farmhouse to restore. Its construction is entirely made of stone, and the roof is slate. The land is completely enclosed, and there is a cement path that takes us from the only entrance to the house.

Within the property, there is a farm with large stables of modern construction and a shed to store machinery, with one side open to store hay.

You enter the house through a wooden gate with a shield at the top. Once we enter through the gate, we come across the inner courtyard, and from here, we can access the caretaker's house or go up stone stairs to the main house (there are also exterior stairs to access the main house).

It is worth noting that the house has a water spring and a well with a pump that is fully functional, as it is currently used to supply water to the farm.

The property needs a major overhaul, but it is undoubtedly worth it, as the location is a privilege, being very close to the city of Lugo, which can even be clearly seen from the property.
