4 km from Castroverde and 23 km from Lugo, is this large stone house to restore. Castroverde is located in the heart of the Terras do Miño Biosphere Reserve. There, nature is generous and always green: trees, water and fertile land, that is what this area is like. What's more, the Primitive Camino runs through Castroverde.

A stone house to restore

Although the house is well preserved structurally, it needs a good interior renovation. Its 450 m2 of floor space on two floors are worth converting into a beautiful home. In fact, it is currently inhabited, but a much better use of the building could be achieved by renovating the ceilings, floors and interior design. Its current interior layout is very sparse, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. But it could contain many more rooms given the large interior space it offers. It has water, electricity and mobile phone coverage.

 Large estate with outbuildings

It has an estate of about 2266m2. It is crossed by a stream which always flows. Also in front of the house there is a large granite stone spring which gives plenty of water even in summer. In front of the access to the house there is a large shed of 200 m2, currently used as a garage. Attached to the house there is a large stone stable of approximately 100 m2. It is currently used as a store room. There is also a stone oven. The property has a large meadow around the house and, at the back, an excellent forest of mostly large native trees, which belong to the property.
