Four buildings together on the Camino de Santiago

Description

This property is located 65km from A Coruña, 40km from Lugo and 80km from Santiago de Compostela. The Camino de Santiago passes right in front of the house and it is the first one you see when you reach the village on the Camino de Santiago, where in the same village there is a pilgrims' hostel. 

The property consists of a main house with a large barn attached to the house, another small house (house of the landlords), a barn-garage just in front of the main house and separated by the road, where you could perfectly make a small flat of 82m2 and another independent barn.

Both the main house and the secondary house share a property behind which can be accessed by either of the two houses, or by a small gully in the middle of both. 

The main house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen-living-dining room with a fireplace and bathroom, and stairs leading to the upper floor where there is a small sitting room with a bookcase and three bedrooms. This house does not need any type of restoration as it is in perfect condition and ready to move into. The only thing it needs is heating.

At the back of the house there are two small storage rooms attached to the house. In one of them there is a wood oven. The property is characterised by a completely flat land, with several fruit trees, as well as a large stone table and a hórreo (granary). It is important to point out that only 200 metres from the property we have the recreational area where in summer we can bathe in the river.
