Group of five rural tourism houses in Asturias

Description

The group consists of:

• MOLINO GRANDE

With a floor area of 160m2 and a maximum capacity for 10 adults and 4 children, this is a village house, ideal for groups or families. It is distributed in 3 floors: the ground floor consists of living room, dining room and kitchen.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, each of them with its own bathroom.

The second floor repeats the same scheme as the first floor. It is perfect for 8 people, although its maximum capacity is 14 people.

There is a building that houses the heating for the 4 houses.

• SMALL MILL

With a surface area of 80m2 and a maximum capacity of 3 adults. Distributed over 2 floors: the ground floor has a living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen.

The first floor has a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed for one more person and a bathroom.

• EL PAJAR

This is a single-storey tourist flat, with a total surface area of 60m2 and a maximum capacity of 4 adults and 1 child. It consists of a living room with a closed fireplace, dining room and kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds.

• LA TABLÁ

It has a total surface area of 55m2 and a maximum capacity of 4 adults. It is also a one-storey tourist flat, consisting of a living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen, a bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed and another with two beds.

• THE CORRIDOR
• With a floor area of 120m2 and a maximum capacity of 7 adults, this is a 3-storey village house, the highest tourist qualification granted by the Principality of Asturias. It is distributed over 3 floors: the ground floor consists of a living room, dining room and kitchen.

There is a building which houses the heating for the 4 houses.
